Frequently Asked Questions

Do you use AI in your puzzle artwork?

AI artwork is a big no-go for us, ethically and stylistically. At Spaghetti Tree, we value human-made art. It’s one thing that sets us apart and that’s something that will never change. All our puzzle art is hand drawn by our co-owner Loni Harris.

What is your return policy?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for puzzles that are unopened and unused. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@spaghettitreegames.com. Find more information here.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We do our best to process your order quickly so you can get puzzling as soon as possible! This makes it tricky to change or cancel your order. That being said, if you contact us at info@spaghettitreegames.com quickly after placing your order we will do our best to help you!

What do I do if I’m missing a piece?

It is rare that our puzzles are missing pieces. If you have completed your puzzle and can’t find a piece we ask that you do your best to look around your house carefully! If you still can’t find it, fill out our missing puzzle piece form here.

Do you offer any wholesale opportunities?

Can I switch my order from pick up to shipping?

If you change your mind about wanting to pick up your order, email us at info@spaghettitreegames.com and we can change that for you. We will invoice you for the $6 flat shipping fee. Once you pay that invoice we will send you your puzzles!

Where are your puzzles manufactured?

Our puzzles are currently manufactured in China.

We are a very small, sibling-owned business and have been in operation since 2022. When we first started our company, we searched extensively for a US puzzle manufacturer. There aren't many, and as far as we found, even fewer would work with new businesses. They all had very high minimum order requirements. The upfront investment would have required significant debt. At that stage—especially not knowing which designs would resonate—it would have been a big risk for us.

Working with our current manufacturer allowed us to begin with much smaller quantities—just 100 of each design. That made it possible for us to launch thoughtfully and grow sustainably. It’s truly what allowed us to get Spaghetti Tree off the ground.

Can I purchase the little trays for minis featured in your photos?

Yes! After so many of you have asked, we decided we to produce a wooden tray of our own. You can purchase it here, and take note that it's eligible for our Build Your Own Bundle sale!

How "mini" are the mini puzzles?

Mini puzzles are actual puzzles made with smaller-than-standard pieces. You still get the satisfying connections—just packed into a more compact size. Learn more about the tiny pieces here.

Do your puzzles include a poster?

All of our puzzles contain a poster except for the mini puzzles. They have a digital poster you can access using a QR code on the packaging.
